CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy I get it, life happens! Here’s how we handle changes: Appointments with a deposit: • Cancellations within 24 hours: up to 15% of the service and deposit forfeited. • Cancellations within 48 hours: you may retain your deposit if rescheduled at the time of cancellation. If rescheduling isn’t possible, deposit forfeiture is at my discretion. • After two reschedules: deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook. Appointments without a deposit: • Cancellations within 24 hours: up to 30% of the service may be charged. • Cancellations within 48 hours: same rules apply. Reschedule at the time of cancellation to avoid charges if possible. No call / no show: With deposit will have to pay 50%, and will forfeit deposit. Without deposit will have to pay 60% of the service if allowed to rebook Future booking may be blocked at my discretion.
